Current visiting and booking procedures

Due to current government mandated social distancing guidelines please follow these visiting and booking procedures:

When visiting us:

-only people with appointments will be permitted inside the shop

-any potential walk-ins must first call the shop to make arrangements

-please come alone and refrain from bringing any support friends or family

-please come to your appointment on time and not early

-CLOTH FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED WHILE INSIDE THE BUILDING. If you do not bring your own face mask we will have some available for purchase.

-upon arrival clients will have their temperature taken and be asked to sanitize their hands

-*PLEASE, if you think you may be sick or have been exposed to someone who may be sick you must reschedule your appointment without penalty.

Booking Appointments

-All procedures will require an appointment

-All existing appointments will still be honored .

-Clients who had their appointments cancelled during the shutdown will be our FIRST PRIORITY to be scheduled

-Consultations are required before making appointments

-we will do our best to hold remote consultations but often consulting in person is necessary

-in person consultations will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.


What we are doing to keep our clients safe:

-All of our artists are, and always have been, licensed in current cross contamination procedures and each possess a certificate in blood born pathogen training

-We will continue to use individual surface coverings and disinfection between clients

-We have added HEPA air filters with UV air sterilization in each procedure room

-We are utilizing a no-touch thermometer to monitor the temperatures of everyone in the building

-We are subjecting all cash, writing utensils, and devices to UV sterilization.

Toys For Tots Drive

In efforts to help the Marine Corps Reserve improve this Christmas for less privileged children FTT is offering a gift certificate incentive during our Toys For Tots drive.

Now until December 19th bring in a NEW toy (valued $20 or more WITH receipt), purchase a $50 FTT gift certificate, and we will upgrade your gift certificate to an $80 value. That’s a free $30 upgrade which more than covers your toy cost.

*** side note from toys for tots: this drive is for children up to 12 years old, and the older children are often left out so please consider this when selecting your “toy” to donate.

$31 HALLOWEEN TATTOOS

Hey guys! It’s that time of year again!

On Halloween Day only, we will be offering first come/first serve walk-in tattoos for $31.

There are some rules:

-Limit 2 per person

-Walk-ins only. No appointments.

-First come, first serve. We open at noon and stop tattooing at 8pm.

-Color changes are welcome only in places that are currently colored.

-Each tattoo is approximately 2-3 square inches.

-No changes to size or design allowed.

-No hands or necks.

-Tipping is encouraged.

-No change will be provided.

This year we are raising money for the Atlantic Rottweiler Rescue.

Come on out to get tattooed, or simply donate and check out costumes! There will be some fun activities outside. We can’t wait to see you guys.

Food and Drinks for a Cause

Our friends Charlie and Kelli are doing their best to continue moving forward in life after the tragic loss of their son, and in doing so have decided to move forward with their plan to be married on May 4th. 
Since the ceremony will be very small we’ve organized another fundraiser event to give everyone the opportunity to celebrate their union and further aid them in their recovery. All day on Saturday May 4th Big Al’s in Mooresville is donating 10% of their sales to the Carlino wedding. So if you want to celebrate their love while simultaneously helping their cause come have dinner and drinks at Big Al’s Mooresville on May 4th.

Tattoo Raffle

Recently one of our own at Family Tradition suffered a tragedy, Charlie and his soon to be wife lost their 14 year old son Maddox in an accident. Maddox’s passing left his family by his hospital bed for an extended period of time. In an effort to help them recoup some of their costs during this period Kelsea McCree is raffling off a $600 tattoo appointment and the opportunity to skip her long wait.

Each entry is $20 and may be paid in person at the shop (see our other social media for additional information).

Entries per person are UNLIMITED and the drawing will take place on May 20th. 100% of the proceeds will go to Charlie and his family.

Of course if you would like to donate and prefer not to participate in the raffle, we will also be accepting donations at the shop.
